Ziraat Bank offers its extensive range of products and services to customers through its branch network located across Türkiye's seven regions and its team of highly skilled experts.

In line with its goal of providing uninterrupted and accessible infrastructure, the Bank continues to serve its customers with 1,745 branches by the end of 2025, having opened 7 new branches domestically..

As a complement to its physical service network, the Bank continues to increase its accessibility with a total of 7,900 ATMs, including 176 new ATMs launched in 2025. Thanks to its 14.1% share of ATMs in Türkiye and its strong infrastructure, approximately 21% of ATM cash withdrawal transactions in Türkiye are carried out through Ziraat Bank.

In order to meet changing needs and provide uninterrupted service, 625 ATMs have been upgraded. By the end of 2025, the installation of 101 ATMs in Istanbul, 24 in Ankara, and 132 in other major cities will be completed, with an additional 250 ATMs planned for installation.

The number of Ziraat Bank ATMs on the TAM ATM platform, which brings together the services offered by public banks in a single location, has been increased from 2,254 to 4,164. Customers can use these ATMs to perform many transactions free of charge, such as withdrawing money, depositing money, checking balances, changing passwords, and paying credit card bills, within the daily limits set by Ziraat Bank.

Ziraat Bank continues its efforts to increase the geographical coverage of its branches and ATMs without distinguishing between geographical regions. At the same time, it aims to improve service quality by identifying areas for improvement in line with the new concept services developed and the needs of the relevant units. By the end of 2025, it will be the only bank in our country with an ATM infrastructure in 81 provinces and 921 districts.
