Extensive distribution network and diversified product structure in the Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking segment together with its strong liquidity position and cost-efficient funding capacity. In 2025, loans extended through various support mechanisms-particularly thematic financing packages-made a direct contribution to meeting the financing needs of the real sector in the areas of exports, production, agriculture, and entrepreneurship./p>

In 2025, cooperation with institutions such as CGF, İGE, and KOSGEB was strengthened and maintained; new collaborations were implemented to meet the financing needs of different customer segments, primarily SMEs, tradespeople, and exporting companies.

Financing Provided Through Support Packages

The total amount of financing provided through the Commercial TOGG Loan (Türkiye’s Automobile Initiative Group) and the Carbon Reduction Support Package, which were launched by Ziraat Bank in 2024, reached TL 8.2 billion as of 2025.

In 2025, no changes were made to the sectoral scope of the Carbon Reduction Support Package, while the credit volume increased by TL 5 billion. Under the package, which was put into effect in August 2024 as part of compliance with the EU’s CBAM, total loan disbursements reached TL 6.5 billion as of the end of 2025; the loan disbursement volume in 2025 increased by 6.5 times compared to 2024.

There is no sectoral restriction under the credit package, which enables the financing needs of green transformation investments to be met, primarily for exporting companies expected to be affected by the CBAM.

The CBRT Investment Commitment Advance Credit (IAC) is extended in line with the objectives of supporting exports, reducing imports, and strengthening domestic production. Within this scope, as of 2025, the total outstanding balance of loans disbursed under IAC reached TL 35 billion, and credit limits were updated within the boundaries set by CBRT.

The Women and Young Entrepreneur Support Packages are implemented with the aim of supporting the commercial activities of women and young entrepreneurs, increasing their participation in economic life, and meeting their working capital needs. Within this scope, as of 2025, the total loan volume extended under the Women and Young Entrepreneur Support Packages reached TL 3.2 billion, with approximately five thousand customers benefiting from these packages.

The İGE 100th Anniversary Treasury Support Package was launched in 2024 in cooperation with İhracatı Geliştirme A.Ş. and continued to be implemented in 2025; efforts were also carried out to develop new support packages in collaboration with İGE.

The CGF Export Support Loan was offered in 2024 to SMEs operating as exporters or in foreign currency-earning sectors and continued to be implemented in 2025. Within this scope, as of 2025, the total amount of loan disbursements reached TL 2.2 billion. In order to facilitate exporters’ SMEs’ access to finance, new products were introduced and new protocols were signed with guaranteed institutions.

In 2025, within the scope of the “My Business is Ziraat Loan” offered for the financing of large-scale dairy cattle farming and greenhouse fruit and vegetable cultivation activities, Ziraat Bank continued its support aimed at supporting and developing agricultural entrepreneurship, creating alternative income and employment opportunities for the young and female population, promoting sustainable rural development, and increasing the production capacities of agricultural enterprises to transform them into businesses aligned with economies of scale and with high income-generating potential.

In addition, in 2025, within the scope of the “Abundance in the Countryside - Livestock Support Project”, which was launched to ensure sustainability in red meat supply and to increase efficiency and profitability by providing fattening enterprises with high-quality livestock inputs, Ziraat Bank commenced loan disbursements under the protocol signed between the Bank and the General Directorate of Livestock of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye, the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises (TİGEM), and Insurance of Agriculture (TARSIM).
