Information Regarding Transactions with the Risk Group in Which the Bank Is Included

Pursuant to Article 49 of the Banking Law No. 5411, T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş., the entire capital of which is owned by Türkiye Wealth Fund, constitutes a risk group together with the entities it directly and indirectly controls.

Within the scope of the risk group in which the Bank is included, transactions conducted with the entities under its control are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Banking Law, within the framework of ordinary bank-customer relationships and in line with market conditions. Such transactions mainly consist of loan and deposit transactions.

The amounts and explanations related to the transactions carried out by T.C. Ziraat Bank A.Ş. within the risk group it belongs to in 2025 are provided in footnote VII of Section 5 of the year-end financial report included in the annual report.

The 2025 Integrated Annual Report of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. covers the period between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 and includes the Bank's domestic banking operations as well as its subsidiaries operating both domestically and internationally.
