EMRAH GÜNDÜZ
Executive Vice President for Banking Operations and Corporate Communication
He was born in Ankara in 1977. He graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Public Finance. He completed his master’s degree at Maltepe University. He worked as Assistant Revenue Specialist at the Ministry of Finance between 2004-2005. He started to work in our Bank in 2005 as Assistant Auditor. Thereafter, he worked as Auditor, Department Manager, Branch Manager at Ziraat Bank, Head of Department of Operations Center at Ziraat Katılım. Gündüz, who started to work as Head of Department of Operations Center in September 2016, worked as Head of Department of Operations Center-1 between December 2019 and October 2020, and as Head of Department of Central Operations between October 2020-April 2021. He has been working as Executive Vice President for Banking Operations and Corporate Communication since April 2021.
HÜSEYİN ÖZUYSAL
Executive Vice President for Human Resources
He was born in Konya in 1973. He completed his Master’s degree at the Faculty of Business Administration of Selçuk University. In 1994, he began his career at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. as a Computer Operator at the Training Department and worked in various roles and titles. He subsequently served as Head of Construction and Real Estate Management Department, Head of Procurement and Expense Management Department, Head of Procurement, Expense and Logistics Management Department, Head of IT Operations Department, and General Manager at Ziraat Business Management and Real Estate Development A.Ş. Özuysal served as Head of Internal Operations Group between August 2020 and July 2022 and as Head of Human Resources Group between July 2022 and September 2023. Since September 2023, he has been serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Human Resources.
YÜKSEL CESUR
Executive Vice President of Retail Banking
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Boğaziçi University. After starting his career at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. in 1996, he worked as Assistant Auditor and Auditor. Between 2005 and 2007, he served as Department Head at the Education Department. In 2007, he was appointed to the Treasury Operations Department and later served as Head of Agricultural Marketing Group and Head of the Board of Auditors. Between April 2014 and April 2021, Cesur served as Executive Vice President responsible for Internal Systems. Since April 2021, he has been serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Retail Banking.
CÜNEYT SAĞLIK
Executive Vice President of Digital Banking and Payment Systems
He was born in Istanbul in 1977. He graduated from the Department of International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Gazi University in 1998. He completed his Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Career Counseling at the Institute of Social Sciences of Ankara University in 2004. Sağlık joined T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. in 1998 as part of the 10th Term Banking School. He worked as Specialist, Manager and Service Manager in the Fund Management, Commercial Loans, Retail Marketing, Retail Loan Allocation and Retail Mass Marketing units. In October 2015, he was appointed as Deputy Head of the Retail Product Management Department. He later served as Head of Product Management and Customer Analytics Department, Head of Card Systems Department and Head of Internal Control and Compliance Department. Sağlık served as Executive Vice President responsible for Payment Systems and Credit Processes between April 2021 and July 2022. Since July 2022, he has been serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Digital Banking and Payment Systems.
AHMET ACAR
Executive Vice President of Credit Risk Monitoring and Liquidation
He was born in Turgutlu in 1972. He graduated from the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University. In 1996, he joined T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. as Assistant Auditor and worked in various positions within the Board of Auditors. At T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş., he served as Head of Human Resources Department, Head of Procurement and Administrative Affairs Department, Head of Internal Operations Department, Head of Procurement and Expense Management Department, Branch Manager of Şirinyer/İzmir, Chair of the Board of Auditors, Istanbul 2nd Regional Manager, Istanbul Regional Manager-Kadıköy and Head of Internal Operations Group. Since September 2023, Acar has been serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Credit Risk Monitoring and Liquidation.
SÜLEYMAN YALÇIN
Executive Vice President of Financial Coordination
He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University in 1995 and from the Faculty of Law at International Vision University in 2022. He began his career at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. in 1996 as Assistant Auditor and subsequently served as Auditor, Deputy Chair of the Board of Auditors, Branch Manager, Erzurum Regional President, Denizli Regional Manager, İzmir 1st Regional Manager, İzmir 2nd Regional Manager and İzmir-Karşıyaka Regional Manager. Since September 2023, Yalçın has been serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Financial Coordination.
ÜMİT URFALIOĞLU
Executive Vice President of Credit Allocation and Management
He was born in Istanbul in 1984. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration (German) at Marmara University in 2007. Between 2007 and 2008, he worked as Assistant Financial Analysis and Intelligence Specialist at Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. In 2008, he joined T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. as Assistant Auditor and Auditor at the Board of Auditors. Between 2014 and 2019, he worked as Service Manager at the Entrepreneurial Loans Allocation and Management-2 Department and the Corporate Loans Allocation and Management Department. Urfalıoğlu served as Head of Entrepreneurial Loans Allocation and Management-1 Department between November 2019 and October 2020 and as Head of Corporate Loans Allocation and Management Department between October 2020 and July 2025. Since August 2025, he has been serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Credit Allocation and Management.

Executive Vice President of Treasury Management
He was born in Aksaray in 1981. He graduated from the Department of Public Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Gazi University. In 2005, he joined T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. as Assistant Auditor. He served as Auditor, Retail Marketing Manager at Ankara 1st and 2nd Regional Directorates, Branch Manager of Duatepe-Polatlı Girişimci Dinamik Branch, Head of Retail Sales Management Department, Head of Retail Sales Management-1 Department and Head of Retail Branch Banking-3 Department. Öztürk served as Head of Internal Systems Group between April 2021 and July 2022 and as Head of Treasury Management and International Banking Group between July 2022 and September 2023. Since September 2023, he has been serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Treasury Management.
MEHMET ŞÜKRÜ TAŞÇI
Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking
He was born in Safranbolu in 1970. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Gazi University. He began his career at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. on 09.12.1993 as Assistant Auditor. He subsequently worked as Auditor, Chief Auditor, Deputy Head of the Board of Auditors and Branch Manager. Between September 2008 and June 2012, he served as Head of Financial Reporting and Accounting Department; between July 2012 and September 2018, as İzmir 3rd Regional Manager; and between October 2018 and March 2021, as Chair of the Board of Auditors. Taşcı served as Executive Vice President responsible for Credit Allocation and Management between April 2021 and August 2025. Since August 2025, he has been serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Corporate Banking.

Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking
He was born in 1972 in Sungurlu/Çorum. He graduated from the Department of Public Finance at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University. In 1996, he began his career at T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. as Assistant Auditor at the Board of Auditors. During his career, he served as Auditor Head of Agricultural Marketing Department, Head of Agricultural Loans Department, Deputy Head of Agricultural Loans Group, Head of Entrepreneur Loans 1 Department, Head of Entrepreneur Loans Allocation and Management 1 Department, Head of Agricultural Policies Department, Head of Agricultural Marketing Group and Executive Vice President responsible for Corporate Banking. Since August 2025, he has been serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Commercial Banking.
