The Board of Directors of Ziraat Bank is responsible for performing the duties and exercising the authorities assigned to it in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Banking Law and other relevant legislation.
The Board of Directors convenes whenever required by the Bank’s business, upon the call of the Chair of the Board, the Deputy Chair or a member. In 2025, the Board of Directors held 35 meetings and adopted 652 resolutions.
